We provide piece and serial production of turned parts, not only from stainless steel and structural steel, but also from non-ferrous metals and various types of alloys for various industries.
We are equipped with a classic center lathe SU 18 RA for a workpiece diameter max. 400mm/length max. 1500mm.
With these machines, we can ensure high quality, precision and product quality.
We focus on the production of simple, but also very complex shapes, using classic technologies. We provide these services on milling machines, horizontal boring machines, or “horizontals”, which ensure high product quality.
We have a horizontal boring machine W 100 A with an X axis of up to 1600 mm and a Y axis of up to 1100 mm, which is designed for large products. For smaller but precise work, we have a horizontal table boring machine H 63, which has a table clamping surface of 800 x 890 mm and a transverse feed of up to 800 mm. For more demanding tasks, there is a horizontal boring machine WH10NC, which can handle a table travel of up to 1200 mm and a height of up to 1100 mm.
The universal milling machine FA 5 BU is equipped with a table clamping surface measuring 2000 mm x 450 mm, which allows us to work with larger parts and perform complex milling operations with high precision.
We cut profiles and sheets according to needs using cutting (band and machine frame saws), shearing, burning (flame, plasma), laser cutting.
Cutting using PEGAS band saws. For straight cuts, we can handle a width of up to 500 mm, if angled cuts are needed, we offer an angle of up to 75 degrees with our machine.
The basic equipment consists of the PegasBS 280 ESH band saw for precise and reliable cuts, the automatic hydraulic band saw Pegas 290 x 290 A-CNC-F for more demanding tasks, and the CNC 300×300 and PEGAS 240×280 GH-R band saw for cuts up to 280×240 mm.
Thanks to our machinery, we are able to guarantee precise, fast and high-quality cutting of materials even in large series.
