CNC surface cutting and burning

Our workplace is equipped with modern CNC technologies for precise and efficient cutting of metal materials. We offer three proven cutting methods - laser, plasma and flame - thanks to which we can process a wide range of materials and thicknesses.

  • Laser cutting ensures maximum accuracy, clean cuts and the possibility of complex shaped cuts.
  • Plasma cutting is fast, flexible and ideal for medium thicknesses of sheets.
  • Flame cutting can also handle very thick materials and is a reliable choice for thicker cuts.

Metalworking

Our workplace is equipped with a wide range of technologies for precise machining of metal materials. Thanks to a combination of CNC machines, classic equipment and an experienced team, we can carry out orders from single-piece production to large series with maximum precision and quality.

  • We perform turning on a modern CNC lathe and a classic center machine, with the ability to machine parts up to 1500 mm in length. We process stainless steel, structural steel, non-ferrous metals and special alloys.
  • We perform milling and boring on universal milling machines and horizontal boring machines, which can handle both small and large parts with high precision.
  • We provide material cutting using band saws, shearing, burning and laser cutting. We offer straight and angled cuts up to 500 mm wide.

Thanks to our machine park and technological background, we guarantee reliable, fast and high-quality metalworking for various industrial sectors.

Rolling, bending and shearing

In the field of sheet metal forming, we offer comprehensive services from cutting to rolling to precise bending. Thanks to modern machinery and an experienced team, we can process a wide range of materials with high precision and quality.

  • We perform sheet metal cutting on hydraulic shears with a capacity of up to 3150 mm in length and 10 mm in thickness, without deformations or burrs.
  • We perform rolling on 3- and 4-roller machines that can handle sheets from a diameter of 150 mm to a length of 4000 mm.
  • We provide sheet metal bending using CNC press brakes with a maximum bending length of up to 4000 mm, including consulting and development of shaped blanks.

Our technologies enable fast, reliable and high-quality sheet metal processing for various industries - from simple parts to complex shaped blanks.

Welding

Top-notch welding with pulse welding units

  • Welding is one of the key processes in our production, where the emphasis is on maximum weld quality. To achieve top results, we use advanced pulse welding units from the renowned brand MERKLE. These machines allow us to meet even the highest demands on weld quality.
  • At METOSA STEEL, we are constantly working to improve the qualifications of our welders.
  • Our equipment includes, for example, HighPULSE 450DW pulse welding power sources, which are available in our workshop in five pieces, which allows us to effectively handle even large-volume orders. We also have a High PULSE 330K pulse welding source and a Merkle REDMIG 2800K welder, which ensure precise welding of both thinner and thick-walled materials.
  • Thanks to these technologies, we can offer customers a precise weld without the need for additional adjustments, thus saving time and costs.

Complete surface treatments

Blast blasting, painting, electroplating, grinding, brushing and polishing

Surface treatment is an integral part of production, ensuring not only an aesthetic appearance, but also long-term protection of materials against environmental influences. We focus on high-quality surface preparation and professional grinding, brushing, polishing and painting that meet the required quality and quality.

  • Blast blasting: We use blasting to prepare the surface before further processing. This process removes dirt, corrosion and remnants of old coatings, thus providing an ideal base for subsequent processing by grinding, brushing, polishing, painting or other surface treatments.
  • Painting: We offer precise wet painting to ensure a perfect surface. We provide painting, including special surface treatments (anti-corrosion, decorative), which give the final product high durability and an attractive appearance.
  • Electroplating: We offer electroplating, which increases the service life of products and their resistance to chemical and mechanical damage.

  • Grinding, brushing and polishing: We are also able to modify the final surface with mechanical grinders, brushes or polishing discs. This surface treatment is used mainly for stainless steel materials.
