Laser cutting is a technology for cutting flat steel, stainless steel or aluminum materials (sheet metal).

The basis is a laser beam, which heats up when it comes into contact with the material and then melts it locally, without damaging or deforming the product. The result is a clean and smooth cut without the need for further processing.

This cutting is characterized by high precision, smooth surface, quality and very fast processing. Laser technology allows cutting very complex shapes.

We are equipped with a modern CNC laser LASERMARK CO2 LM and a laser NUKON ECO FIBER 3015. These machines can handle precise laser cutting up to 20 mm thick, quickly and at a great price.

Flame cutting is a proven classic when it comes to processing thicker materials. We use a CNC-controlled BMS machine that can handle a working area of ​​2000 x 3000 mm. We use it to cut materials with a thickness of 8 to 150 mm. This makes flame cutting ideal for rougher work where maximum reliability and performance are required. With our BMS cutting machine, we are sure that every cut is precise and effective.

This technology is indispensable when it comes to high-quality processing of large pieces of metal, and we know how to use it to the fullest.

Plasma cutting is our choice when it comes to fast and precise metal cutting. We have top-notch equipment for this – a Plasma CUT 40-70 plasma cutter that ensures precise cuts, and a BMS CORTINA DS 2600 cutting machine that can handle materials with thicknesses from 1 to 20 mm.

The 2000 x 3000 mm work surface gives us enough space to efficiently process larger sheets. In addition, we use Hypertherm sources, which are known in the industry for their reliability and performance. The combination of these machines allows us to offer you high-quality plasma cutting that takes care of every detail and can handle even the most demanding requirements. With our equipment, no job is too big or too complex.
