Commercial and operational director

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively searching for and establishing relationships with potential investors
• Searching for new contracts in the private and public sectors
• Developing relationships with investors in the engineering sector
• Presenting the company's business plans, capacities and project solutions
• Maintaining regular communication with key partners
• Solving key requirements and negotiating contract terms
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and obtaining feedback
• Analyzing market trends and searching for new business opportunities

What we expect from you:

• Secondary/university education in mechanical engineering is a requirement
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position is a requirement
• Orientation in the field of mechanical engineering
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking, goal-oriented
• Driving license group B – active driver
